Swift Scout does not track your location history. Your GPS data is used in real-time to detect nearby speed cameras and is never recorded or stored.
All speed camera detection and alerts happen entirely on your device. We do not send your location, speed, or any personal information to any server.
Swift Scout contains no analytics SDKs, no advertising frameworks, and no third-party trackers. We don't collect usage data of any kind.
San Francisco camera data is sourced from official public records via SFMTA and DataSF. Oakland camera data is sourced from the Oakland Speed Safety Cameras Pilot Program.
Location access is used solely to calculate your proximity to speed cameras and your current speed. Notification permission is used only to deliver camera alerts. These permissions can be changed at any time in Settings.
Any subscription or purchase is processed entirely through Apple's App Store. We do not collect, see, or store your payment card information or billing details.
